5. Backup & Recovery

Our automated backup system performs incremental backups every 15 minutes and maintains version histories as detailed in our service descriptions. While we strive for data integrity and availability, we do not guarantee the prevention of data loss.

6. Service Availability

We aim to provide 99.9% uptime for our services but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access due to maintenance, updates, or unforeseen issues. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance where possible.

7. Fees & Payment

Use of certain services requires payment according to the pricing plans available on our website. You agree to pay all applicable fees and taxes. Non-payment may result in suspension or termination of your account.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, software, trademarks, and materials provided by jawubiy remain our sole property. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use the services as permitted under these Terms.

jawubiy is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability will not exceed the fees paid by you in the last 12 months.
